Job summary

AmeriLife seeks an Internal Wholesaler to drive sales remotely across the US. You will recruit agents, build relationships, and promote growth through illustrations, campaigns, and Crump resources. Your work is fully remote from home, with targets and a team oriented environment.

Key duties include prospecting producers, coordinating with sales resources, and developing expert knowledge of products and carriers to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experience with PCs in a Windows environment and basic applications.
• Two years of work experience in life insurance industry, with one year in a sales support role.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build strong relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet sales quotas.
• Proactively calls agents and recruits new agents to build a book of business.
• Develops working relationships with producers, promoting agent recruiting and retention through sales ideas and campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales resources in all aspects of producer development.
• Develop expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.
