You will spend time meeting neighbors, assessing risks, and offering practical protection solutions while enjoying a constructive, growth-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty license is required.
• Three or more years in direct insurance sales or account management.
• Proven sales pipeline management and goal attainment.
• Comfort using digital CRM platforms and agency management systems.
• Exceptional verbal communication with clear policy explanations.
• Residency in or near Blacksburg, VA for in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to tailor client coverage.
• Research and develop local business leads to grow the agency footprint.
• Prepare clear quotes and present them transparently to clients.
• Maintain and renew existing policyholder accounts for accuracy and fit.
• Coordinate with underwriting partners to streamline applications.
• Participate in local networking to build community ties.
