This role emphasizes community engagement, relationship building, and autonomous daily scheduling within a supportive district team.

Requirements include a valid Life and Health license and 3+ years in insurance sales or financial services, with strong networking and organizational skills to manage client portfolios

Qualifications

• Valid state Life and Health insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional networks within a community.
• Strong organizational skills for managing client portfolios and business operations.
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills for presenting information.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand our client base in the Bristol area.
• Guide individuals and families through selecting insurance products for peace of mind.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to keep coverage aligned with life changes.
• Collaborate with the district team to share insights and refine strategies.
