Qualifications

• Current Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.
• Strong comfort with face-to-face client meetings and community engagement.
• Effective verbal and written communication to explain coverage options clearly.
• Residency in or near Lynchburg, Virginia.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline or client database.
• Familiarity with standard industry quoting software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base within the Lynchburg community by identifying individuals who need personalized protection.
• Meet with potential and current policyholders to review their existing coverage and suggest meaningful improvements.
• Prepare clear, accurate insurance quotes that address the specific life stages and needs of every client.
• Maintain active communication with clients to ensure their policies evolve alongside life changes.
• Participate in local community events to represent The Atlantic District and build lasting connections.
• Keep detailed records of all client interactions and follow-ups within our management system.
