The Atlantic District in Washington, PA is seeking an outgoing Insurance Agent to engage with community members and help them select the right coverage. You will act as a trusted advisor, listening to stories and crafting solutions that fit each client’s needs, in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active PA Property & Casualty license is required.
• Experience in building relationships with clients.
• Proficient with digital documentation and office software.
• Clear and effective verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented when reviewing policies and coverage limits.
• Background in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to explain how our coverage options protect their interests.
• Review existing policyholders' accounts to ensure ongoing protection as lives change.
• Explain insurance terminology in plain language for every client.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for active and pending policies.
• Collaborate with the local team to improve service processes and satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients to address questions and concerns promptly.
