Direct Auto Insurance is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive new business, cross-sell to existing customers, and build lasting relationships. This role involves local in-person and phone-based selling, with a focus on community engagement and marketing support to grow the book of business.

You will work toward sales targets while maintaining compliance and delivering a strong customer experience.

Formación

• 0 – 2 years of experience
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
