Job summary

Porch Group is seeking an Insurance Sr. Product Consultant to own and lead a portfolio of product initiatives from ideation through launch, with countrywide and multi-state rollouts.

You will manage timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness while ensuring documentation and measurements meet our standards. You will partner with State Product Managers to adapt materials for state-specific regulatory requirements, standardize documentation, track KPIs, and continuously improve execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 4+ years of property and casualty product management or product operations experience.
• Experience leading multi-state or countrywide product rollouts.
• Strong project management skills and ability to own multiple initiatives.
• Solid understanding of homeowners and dwelling fire insurance products and regulatory requirements across states.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of product projects, including countrywide and multi-state rollouts, from ideation through launch and post-launch review.
• Own timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Lead launch readiness efforts and monitor post-launch performance.
• Collaborate with State Product Managers to adapt materials for state requirements.
• Develop standardized product documentation frameworks for efficient state adaptation.
• Define and track key performance metrics for each project; identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
