You will own profitability and strategic product initiatives across state and national markets, working closely with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and operations to keep products competitive and compliant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in product management, actuarial, finance, or related roles in insurance; 5+ years in homeowners insurance.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new product, pricing, and underwriting actions at state and national levels.
  • Maintain loss ratio discipline and profitability targets in assigned markets.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, sales, IT, and operations to execute product initiatives.
  • Analyze competitors and provide market insights for competitive intelligence tools.
  • Report on product performance and define KPIs to improve results.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for all products.
