Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of property and casualty product management or product operations experience.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience developing standardized documentation frameworks for technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch review.
• Own timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
