Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Business Process Specialist, BI on the National AMS team to design and optimize workflows across MMA National. You will balance efficiency, quality and consistency in systems, work with cross-functional groups, document processes, configure AMS, and lead training efforts.

You will collaborate with the Business Process Leader to standardize workflows, create reporting outputs and client deliverables, and drive continuous improvement in insurance processes.

Qualifications

• . 3+ years of experience in Business Insurance in a client-facing or business process role.
• . Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• . Focus on process improvement to refine workflows and procedures.
• . Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• . US work authorization for permanent, no sponsorship.
• . Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic.
