Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Business Process Specialist on the National AMS team. The role focuses on balancing efficiency, quality and consistency in workflows, configuring AMS, documenting processes, and leading training efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in Business Insurance in a client-facing or process role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience refining workflows with best practices. Remote work with some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business with 3+ years of experience in Business Insurance in a client facing or business process role.
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A knack for process improvement, refining workflows and procedures by deploying best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship.
• Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic.

Responsibilities

• Design standardized workflows across MMA National and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Configure the AMS, document processes and procedures, and design reporting outputs.
• Create client deliverables and lead training efforts for users and stakeholders.
• Support efforts to balance efficiency, quality, and consistency in systems and workflows.
