Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Business Process Specialist, BI on the National AMS team. You will design standardized workflows across MMA National, configure AMS, document processes and lead training for staff and clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Business Insurance, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience refining workflows for efficiency and quality. Remote work with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Insurance in a client-facing or business process role.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to refine workflows to improve efficiency, quality and effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and standardize workflows across MMA National in collaboration with regional reps.
• Configure AMS, document processes, design reporting outputs and client deliverables.
• Lead training efforts and ensure balance of efficiency, quality, and consistency.
