Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Business Process Specialist for the National AMS team. You will refine workflows across MMA National, configure AMS, document processes, and develop client deliverables while leading training.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Business Insurance in a client-facing or process role, strong analytical and organizational skills, and experience with Applied Epic. Remote work with occasional travel is available; base salary ranges and incentives apply.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business with 3+ years of experience in Business Insurance in a client facing or business process role.
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A knack for process improvement and refining workflows and procedures using best practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
• Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic.

Responsibilities

• Configure the AMS and document processes across MMA National.
• Design reporting outputs, create client deliverables, and lead training efforts.
• Collaborate with national and regional representatives to standardize workflows.
