Qualifications

• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business with 3+ years of Business Insurance in a client facing or business process role.
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to standardize workflows.
• Configure AMS, document processes and procedures, and design reporting outputs.
• Create client deliverables and lead training efforts for the National AMS team.
