Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Business Process Specialist, BI on the National AMS team. You will design standardized workflows across MMA National, balance efficiency with quality, document processes, and help configure AMS while coordinating with national and regional colleagues to deliver consistent client deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Business Insurance in a client-facing or process role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with Applied

Qualifications

• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business with 3+ years in Business Insurance in a client facing or business process role
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Process improvement: refine efficiency, quality and effectiveness of workflows
• Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and balance multiple projects
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship now or in the future
• Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
