Job summary

Ally Financial is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support GAP and vehicle service contract inquiries for dealers, repair facilities, and customers. This is an entry-level role with a hybrid work arrangement, supported by comprehensive Total Rewards and benefits.

You’ll document conversations, resolve questions, and follow all procedures to ensure customer satisfaction, with training provided on policy details and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate effectively via phone, email, or chat.
• Typing speed 40 WPM; reliable and punctual; ability to multitask and follow procedures.
• Must be able to handle phone calls and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Document all conversations accurately and clearly.
• Engage customers to achieve total satisfaction and resolve inquiries.
• Follow internal guidelines, state regulations, and UDAAP requirements.
• Assist GAP and vehicle service contract holders via phone, email, or chat to resolve policy and claim questions.
