The role is hybrid, supports a diverse customer base, and offers extensive benefits. Fluency in Spanish is required, and high school diploma is the minimum education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related fields preferred.
• Spanish fluency required.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email or chat.
• Enjoy handling phone calls.
• Good listening, phone and writing skills.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to follow procedures, multitask and make quick decisions.
• Type 40 WPM.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Entry level position.
• Automotive knowledge a plus but not required.
