Ally Financial is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support the GAP and vehicle service contract programs. You will assist dealers, repair facilities, retail customers and financial institutions via phone, email or chat, delivering policy and claim resolutions after training.

The role is entry level with hybrid on-site/home work. Strong communication in Spanish is required, and prior customer service experience is helpful for success in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0+ years of experience.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
