Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking an Insurance Operations Support I to work from a home office in the United States. The temporary role (approximately six months) supports brokered and branded files with a focus on policy processing, quotes, and binding.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a base pay of $22 per hour. Under supervision, you will handle data entry, client communications, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience servicing insurance policies and processing applications/renewals.
• Ability to read and interpret agent/insured correspondence.
• Strong data entry and manual data-entry capabilities across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Process updates to brokered and branded files accurately.
• Conduct outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Review policies, discuss coverage options, quote replacements, and bind policies.
• Enter corrections and recode files as needed; ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Generate and review reports to identify processing errors and trends.
