The Auto Club Group is seeking an Insurance Operations Support I for a remote, temporary six-month assignment. The role requires accurate processing of updates to Brokered Business and Branded files with minimal supervision.

You will handle data entry, policy updates, and payments while supporting customer inquiries and coordinating with agents and carriers. Responsibilities include reviewing policies, quoting coverage options, and assisting with binding processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance processing and data entry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform updates and changes to Brokered Business and Branded files and accounts.
• Make recommendations to customers on coverage options and products.
• Review policies, quote replacements, and bind policies when appropriate.
• Enter and update data in IPM and Guidewire systems.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues with internal and external partners.
