The Auto Club Group (ACG) is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative to support members with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. This role blends service, problem solving, and sales support to promote ACG’s insurance, membership, and financial offerings.

Responsibilities include processing policy changes, handling quotes, and supporting retention efforts while maintaining compliance with state rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license required; able to obtain/maintain state licenses.
• Must complete Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member insurance inquiries and explain product features.
• Process insurance applications, renewals, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide quotes, promote insurance, membership, and financial products.
