Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in the United States is seeking an Insurance Operations Support I to accurately process a variety of updates and changes to Brokered Business and Branded files and accounts under minimal supervision.

This remote, full‑time position runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and requires excellent data entry, policy review, and outbound communication skills to assist members and agents, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years customer service.
• Serving insurance policies and processing applications, renewals, and amendments.
• Reading and understanding correspondence from agents and insured.
• Processing transactions and posting information to the appropriate accounts.
• Manual data entry and quoting for independent agent book rolls.
• Reviewing automated quotes and revising to completion.
• Maintaining quoting data tracking for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and correspond with customers to gather information, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Use knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to make recommendations to customers regarding accounts and coverage.
• Review current policies, discuss options, quote replacement coverage, and bind policies.
• Examine policy and determine appropriate adjustments to serve members and the organization.
• Quoting and updating data in IPM and Guidewire systems.
• Answer inquiries and provide guidance to business partners.
• Participate in projects related to scope of work performed.
