The Auto Club Group is hiring an Auto Claim Representative I to investigate, evaluate, and resolve low complexity automobile claims. You will review claim details, assess damages, determine coverage, and coordinate settlements with insureds and repair facilities.

Remote-first role with occasional travel for inspections; the position requires strong negotiation and communication skills, basic knowledge of subrogation, and the ability to work within ACG policies and state laws.

Formación

• Negotiation of claim settlements.
• Reviewing claim information, evidence and documents.
• Familiarity with subrogation processes and state laws.

Responsabilidades

• Reviewing assigned claims and contact insured and involved parties.
• Setting expectations for remaining claim steps.
• Document claim file thoroughly in the system.
• Perform coverage analysis and determine liability.
• Approve payments and reference to other units when needed.
• Coordinate with repair facilities and manage subrogation potential.
