Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 recent years of insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT and other areas.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for tech teams.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy life cycle (quoting, issuing).
• Develop and monitor operational KPIs and service standards.
