Wahve LLC offers a remote, home-based Insurance Operations Analyst opportunity, leveraging extensive insurance experience to support carriers and MGAs.

Responsibilities include liaising across underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit and IT; translating requirements into functional specs; managing multi-state, multi-line policy lifecycles; and developing KPIs and service standards. 25 years experience guidance is noted but not required for applicants.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities may include liaising with underwriting, accounting, compliance, audit, IT, and other ops areas.
• Translate customer requirements into clear functional specs for technicians.
• Manage multi-state, multi-line accounts through policy lifecycle including rating, quoting, and issuing policies.
• Develop/understand KPIs and service standards in operations.
• Process transactions following varied workflows by line of business, state and rules.
• Serve as SME for data submissions to rating bureaus and state departments of insurance.
