Job summary

BroadStreet Partners, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative / Relationship Manager to drive growth across the Eastern region by building trusted relationships with retail insurance agents and identifying new business opportunities.

The role concentrates on Workers’ Compensation opportunities and collaboration with underwriting and internal teams to support client service and growth. The position is remote but requires the candidate to be based in Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, or

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• License or ability to obtain Insurance Producer’s License (Casualty & Fire).
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with retail insurance agents and agency partners.
• Identify new business, growth, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Educate agency partners on available products and services.
• Participate in agency visits, trade shows, industry events, and carrier meetings.
• Partner with underwriting and internal teams to support client service and retention strategies.
