Job summary

You will partner with agencies to drive opportunities, promotions, co-op efforts, and social media initiatives, aligning with corporate profitability goals.
You will monitor market trends, oversee agency performance, and collaborate with underwriting and sales teams to deliver insights and training.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in property/casualty insurance
- CIC or CPCU designation required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Insurance, or related field
- Valid insurance agent's license
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow agency opportunities
- Manage agency relationships and act as primary contact
- Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and marketing to meet territory goals
- Monitor territory performance and report insights
- Lead agency training and engagement programs
