NextPlay Recruitment is seeking an Insurance Enrollment Specialist to help people find the right health coverage by phone or video from their home office. This role is a 1099 independent contractor with commission-based earnings and bonuses for strong months.

You’ll speak with households who requested information, explain options clearly, complete enrollments, and keep tidy CRM notes. Licensing support is provided, and you can work full-time or part-time from anywhere in the US.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Ability to explain options clearly and patiently.
• Comfort with phone and video conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Talk with households to discuss coverage options.
• Explain plan details in plain terms.
• Complete enrollments accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized notes in the CRM and follow up after enrollments.
