Job summary

NextPlay Recruitment is seeking a Remote Insurance Advisor to help households choose and enroll in suitable life and health plans from their home office. You’ll work by phone or video, answer questions, compare options clearly, and complete enrollments with accurate CRM notes.

As an independent contractor (1099) in the United States, you’ll earn per enrollment with bonuses, receive licensing support, and benefit from warm leads.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable on calls and video.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Holds a life and health license or will obtain one with support.
• Computer, steady internet, and a quiet place to work.
• Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

This is sales done the helpful way. As a Remote Insurance Advisor, you help people who reached out for coverage get set up with the right plan. Think of it as guiding someone through an important decision: you answer their questions, lay out the choices clearly, and handle the enrollment details. It all happens by phone and video from your home office.
