Job summary

NextPlay Recruitment is seeking Insurance Sales Agents for fully remote work in the United States. As an independent contractor (1099), you’ll help people review coverage options, enroll in plans, and answer questions via phone or video.

You set your own schedule, work full-time or part-time, and build earnings through enrollments with bonuses. You will receive coaching, licensing support, and mentorship as you learn the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Comfortable communicating over phone and video.
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented while helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Talk by phone and video with people who asked for help with coverage.
• Answer their questions and compare options in simple terms.
• Complete each enrollment carefully from start to finish.
• Keep clear notes and follow up after each enrollment.
