Job summary

NextPlay Recruitment is seeking a Remote Insurance Advisor to help households choose and enroll in suitable life and health plans from their home office. You’ll work by phone or video, answer questions, compare options clearly, and complete enrollments with accurate CRM notes.

As an independent contractor (1099) in the United States, you’ll earn per enrollment with bonuses, receive licensing support, and benefit from warm leads.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable on calls and video.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Holds a life and health license or will obtain one with support.
• Computer, steady internet, and a quiet place to work.
• Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Speak with households who asked for coverage information.
• Answer questions and explain each option in plain terms.
• Complete enrollments accurately and ensure data quality in CRM.
• Keep tidy notes in the CRM and check in after each enrollment.
