Job summary

NextPlay Recruitment is seeking an Insurance Enrollment Specialist to help people find the right health coverage by phone or video from their home office. This role is a 1099 independent contractor with commission-based earnings and bonuses for strong months.

You’ll speak with households who requested information, explain options clearly, complete enrollments, and keep tidy CRM notes. Licensing support is provided, and you can work full-time or part-time from anywhere in the US.

Overview

This is sales done the helpful way. As an Insurance Enrollment Specialist, you help people who reached out for coverage get set up with the right plan. Think of it as guiding someone through an important decision: you answer their questions, lay out the choices clearly, and handle the enrollment details. It all happens by phone and video from your home office.
