Job summary

NextPlay Recruitment is seeking Insurance Sales Agents for fully remote work in the United States. As an independent contractor (1099), you’ll help people review coverage options, enroll in plans, and answer questions via phone or video.

You set your own schedule, work full-time or part-time, and build earnings through enrollments with bonuses. You will receive coaching, licensing support, and mentorship as you learn the process.

Overview

If you have ever helped someone sort out a problem on the phone, you can do this. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you help people who reached out about coverage understand their choices and get enrolled in the plan that fits them. It is helping, not pushing, and it all happens from your home office.

Customer service, call center, front desk, retail, healthcare: if you have taken care of people, you already have the most important skill here.

About 1099 and Commission

• Independent contractor (1099): you set your own schedule, full-time or part-time
• Warm leads: you work with people who reached out for coverage, not cold calls
• Commission: your pay is tied to the enrollments you complete, with bonuses and incentives for strong months
• The team you join treats your training as a priority, with mentors who walk you through the process and give you the tools that work
