Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Hybrid Processor to handle timely data entry of insurance documents for loan requirements. You will be trained across lines and assist customers and insurance agents by answering calls and guiding them to obtain the correct documentation.

This role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and adherence to a daily workflow. The position is fully remote in the United States with a starting pay range of $16.00–$16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of call center experience.
• Preferred experience with bank bond/D&O and property & casualty insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Match insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System.
• Process insurance documents for loan records to ensure coverage is sufficient.
• Enter data accurately in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Follow the Daily Workflow Schedule and meet daily processing goals.
• Process transactions across multiple work queues daily.
• Provide quality customer service and assist customers and agents.
