Job summary

HUB International is hiring a Hybrid Processor to ensure timely, accurate data entry of insurance documents for loan requirements. You will be trained across lines of business and support the call center, assisting customers and agents with obtaining necessary documentation.

The role educates callers on required documents and completes loan transactions with high quality. This fully remote position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within HUB's national network.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail required.
• At least one-year Call Center experience.
• Experience with community bank bond / D&O / property and casualty insurance programs preferred.
• Above-average telephone techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions.
• Organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Match insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System.
• Analyze and process insurance documents to loan records ensuring policy coverages are sufficient.
• Provide proficient and accurate data entry of insurance documentation.
• Adhere to the Daily Workflow Schedule and daily processing goals.
• Process transactions across multiple work queues daily.
• Participate in training sessions, team and department meetings.
• Provide quality customer service and timely resolutions to customers.
• Educate customers on why insurance documents are required for loans.
• Process loan transactions with high quality during call wrap-up.
• Attend industry related continuing education training and courses.
• Other responsibilities as directed.
