Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Hybrid Processor to work remotely in the United States. You will perform timely data entry of insurance documents to satisfy loan requirements and assist customers and agents by phone or email.

The role includes training on various insurance documents, ensuring accuracy, and completing loan transactions when needed. Prior call-center experience and insurance knowledge are a plus; a proactive learner is essential.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail is required.
• At least one-year Call Center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Match insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System.
• Analyze and process insurance documents to loan records ensuring the documents are appropriate and policy coverages are sufficient.
• Provide proficient and accurate data entry of insurance documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the Daily Workflow Schedule and daily processing goals.
• Process transactions across multiple work queues daily.
