Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Hybrid Processor to perform timely data entry and processing of insurance documentation for loan requirements. You will support customers and insurance agents, answer calls, and educate on required documents to satisfy loan agreements.

This remote role requires strong data accuracy, call handling, and knowledge of insurance procedures across lines. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and 401(k) etc.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail is required.
• At least one-year Call Center experience.
• Experience with community bank bond / D&O / property and casualty insurance programs is preferred.
• Strong telephone communication with clients and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions.
• Organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Match insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System.
• Analyze and process insurance documents to loan records ensuring appropriate coverages.
• Data entry of insurance documents in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Follow the Daily Workflow Schedule and daily processing goals.
• Process transactions across multiple work queues daily.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Provide quality customer service with timely resolutions.
• Explain to customers why insurance documents are needed for loans.
• Handle loan transactions with high quality during wrap-up.
• Attend industry training and continue education.
• Other duties as assigned.
