Job summary

HUB International offers a fully remote position for a Hybrid Processor responsible for timely, accurate data entry of insurance documentation to satisfy loan requirements. You will handle calls to assist customers and agents, educate on required documents, and ensure proper loan processing across lines of business.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a call center environment, familiarity with insurance programs, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail is required.
• At least one-year Call Center experience.
• Experience with community bank bond / D&O / property and casualty insurance programs is preferred.
• Above-average telephone techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions.
• Organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Match insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System.
• Analyze and process insurance documents to loan records ensuring documents are appropriate and policy coverages are sufficient.
• Provide proficient and accurate data entry of insurance documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the Daily Workflow Schedule and daily processing goals.
• Process transactions across multiple work queues daily.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and 1-on-1 meetings.
• Provide quality customer service and timely resolution to customers.
• Educate customers on why insurance documents are required for their loan.
• Process loan transactions with high quality and productivity during call wrap-up.
• Attend industry-related continuing education trainings.
• Other responsibilities as directed.
