Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Hybrid Processor to securely and accurately enter insurance documents necessary for loan processing. This fully remote role supports customers and insurance agents, answering calls and guiding documentation requirements.

Under supervision, you will learn to process transactions across lines of business, match documents to loan records, and provide timely customer service while maintaining high data quality and productivity in a distributed work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years call center experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry.
• Experience with insurance or loan documents is helpful.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication with customers and agents.
