Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Hybrid Processor to accurately enter insurance documentation for loan requirements. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers and agents, educate on required documents, and complete loan transactions with quality and speed.

The role supports a high-volume call center and requires attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a fully remote position open to the United States.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail is required.
• At least 1 year Call Center experience.
• Experience working with insurance documents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Match insurance documents to loan records.
• Analyze and process insurance documents for loan records.
• Provide accurate data entry of insurance documentation.
• Adhere to daily workflow schedule and processing goals.
• Process transactions across multiple work queues daily.
• Participate in training, meetings and one-on-one sessions.
• Educate customers on why documents are required for loans.
