Job summary

Amynta Group’s Builders & Tradesmen’s Insurance Services, Inc. (BTIS) seeks a Customer Service Representative I to support our nationwide network of agents. You’ll handle inquiries, review policy documents, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced environment.

Work remotely, Monday–Friday, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with agents and carriers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across phone, email and chat.
• Remote-ready mindset with ability to manage priorities independently.
• Experience delivering customer service in fast-paced environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine customer service and policy support to agents and carriers via multiple channels.
• Communicate with agents and carriers through phone, chat, and email while using CRM and other systems.
• Research, resolve, and clearly communicate inquiries, escalating when appropriate.
• Review and process applications, binders, endorsements, and other policy documents.
• Record all interactions in the CRM and maintain orderly policy files.
• Deliver excellent service to internal and external partners.
