Polly Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking a Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our Personal Lines Service team. You will handle inquiries, process policy changes, and maintain client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.

This remote role requires a P&C license, experience in home and auto insurance, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment. Strong communication and proficiency with AMS360 is a plus, with provided equipment and a dedicated home workspace.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required.
• Proven customer support experience servicing home and auto.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with time management and decision-making skills.
• Experience with AMS360, PL Rater, or other rating tools preferred.
• Reliable home workspace and high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Servicing all aspects of client accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, and payments.
• Review coverage and add new coverages to fit client needs.
• Protect retention by referring clients to sales as needed.
• Prepare paperwork such as applications, change requests, and disclosures.
• Develop relationships with clients and carriers.
• Answer incoming calls and emails.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Enter interactions in AMS360 and document outcomes.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business.
