Job summary

LBC Mortgage is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to join our Insurance Department in a fully remote position. The role supports English- and Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and text, handling insurance inquiries and policy updates.

You will work with internal teams to ensure accurate information and a smooth customer experience, building strong relationships with clients and maintaining meticulous records in company systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.

LBC Mortgage is a well-established financial services company with over 20 years of industry experience. As we continue to grow our Insurance Department, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
