LBC Mortgage is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Insurance Department in a fully remote, full-time capacity. You will handle inquiries, assist with policy information, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, have call center experience, and excel in fast-paced environments with strong communication skills and a reliable home workspace.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace

Responsabilidades

Preferred Qualifications
