Job summary

LBC Mortgage is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to support our Insurance Department in a fully remote, full-time role.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, have call center or customer service experience, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

LBC Mortgage is a well-established financial services company with over 20 years of industry experience. As we continue to grow our Insurance Department, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.

If you enjoy helping people, have call center experience, and are fluent in both Russian and English, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assist clients with insurance-related questions and requests
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text
• Follow up with clients regarding documentation and policy updates

Requirements:
