Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Customer Care Center specialist to service and retain personal lines client accounts. You will handle marketing for new and renewal business, respond to client questions, and review coverages to ensure accurate processing.

Experience in P&C and an active or prospective license is required. The role emphasizes timely quotes, claims assistance, and collaboration within USI Core Values.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Agency with knowledge of coverages, underwriting and rating concepts.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain within an agreed timeframe.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU is preferred or to be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Service client accounts using carrier websites and online rating systems.
• Provide technical expertise to coordinate service for new and existing clients through sales and account development.
• Submit to carriers and follow up for quotes and policies.
• Respond to underwriters’ questions promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accuracy in agency management and document systems.
• Refer clients to carriers for direct reporting of claims and assist with first reports of claims when needed.
• Support USI Personal Risk initiatives, using carrier service centers and direct bill when possible.
