Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a Customer Care Center professional to service and retain client accounts, handling new and renewal inquiries with accuracy and timely responses. You will coordinate with carriers and underwriters, supporting sales, account development, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of Personal Lines P&C experience, a P&C license (or willingness to obtain one), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Personal Lines P&C insurance experience.
• State P&C license or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of carrier rating concepts and underwriter communications.

Responsibilities

• Service client accounts via carrier websites and online rating systems.
• Coordinate service of new and existing clients through sales, account development and problem solving.
• Submit to carriers and follow up for quotes and policies.
• Respond to underwriters' questions promptly.
• Maintain accuracy in agency management and document systems.
• Refer clients to carriers for direct reporting of claims and assist with first reports when needed.
• Support USI Personal Risk initiatives and leverage carrier service centers.
