TTEC is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to work remotely in the United States. You will handle insurance questions, resolve escalated concerns, and assist customers via calls or chat.

The role emphasizes compassionate product guidance and privacy compliance, with daily tasks including responding to inquiries and researching solutions. Baseline pay is $20.50 per hour with performance bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Excellent written communication including grammar and spelling.
• Ability to multi-task (assist up to two customers concurrently).
• Know and explain products and services while protecting privacy and following guidelines.
• Computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet (>25 Mbps).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Research and provide answers to resolve issues.
• Some upselling of products or services to existing customers may be required.
