Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent to work remotely in the United States, providing compassionate guidance on health coverage and products. The role includes inbound/outbound calls, sales and renewals, and adherence to HIPAA privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Current Health insurance license in your state of residence.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) months sales experience.
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
• Strong customer service orientation and listening skills.
• Strong computer navigation skills; this role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in understanding coverages and selecting the right health products and services.
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales via inbound or outbound calls.
• Respond to inquiries with empathy and active listening; recommend solutions.
• Identify additional needs and upsell products or services.
• Complete sales or renewals of health plans; sales conversions expected.
