Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Expertise in navigating insurance quoting platforms and CRM databases.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the Norristown community and regional market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients by providing customized risk management strategies and insurance solutions.
• Execute a robust sales strategy to identify and capture new business opportunities within the local market.
• Deliver educational presentations to prospective clients to explain policy benefits and coverage gaps.
